2. Reception and Diagnostic
At this stage you already have a quote (by email) and it will not change. Upon reception of your device in our lab, we will start the recovery processs in express with maximum priority or 12 to 14 working days in standard .
3. Results and payment
We will send you a list of all the files/folder recovered, so you can witness that the work is successful. We will then ask you to pay for our services before we send you back your data.
4. Dispatch
Once payment is received, we will send you back your data on a new Hard Drive/USB Key or give you a free download link (if less than 80Gb of data)
We partner up with Fedex and DHL: Expect between 1 and 2 days in average for delivery.
